Victoria Hall
Hall’s sophisticated re-stagings of British and European historical paintings pay homage to a bygone age of lavish costumes and colourful period drama. The leading lady in all her photographs, Hall presents the viewer with a humorous yet thought provoking insight into the role of the contemporary artist as both subject and object. Since graduating from Chelsea College of Art and Design, Hall has exhibited extensively. In 2009, she was invited to show 'The Predis Series', with TAG in the London Art Fair's Photo 50 exhibition curated by Goldsmiths, University of London.
