Cockney Rhyming America

The map of ‘cockney rhyming America’ renames all the states of the U.S according to the bizarre and arcane argot of the East London Costermonger, late of the parish of St Mary le Bow, Cheapside.
In the restrictive lingo of a community of questionable legitimacy, even according to its own tenets, the places of another distinct realm are given a new ( and completely irrelevant) nomenclatural set ( i.e no clues will be given here).
The many examples of slightly embarrassing British variations on the American theme depicted below this map embody a continuity of transatlantic relations whereby our partners in the ‘special relationship’ really have no need of, do not care about and probably don’t even know anything of any opinion anyone in ‘old land’ earnestly and expertly feels fit to broadcast about their ‘Yankee cousins’ ( usually on channel 4 news).
