Kirsty Wither
Kirsty Wither is a painter whose still-life oil pieces focus in on the beauty of the classic pot of flowers, playing with bright colour and thick, impasto layers of paint, to give texture and life to her subjects, creating an "uplifting experience" when viewing her paintings.
Kirsty studied at Gray's School of Art, Aberdeen, has exhibited her paintings widely around the UK. Her works are held in private and public collections worldwide, including Kings House, Brighton and Hove, and The Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
