Purchasing Artwork

How can I purchase an artwork?

You can place your order through our website, or you can contact us directly to speak to a member of staff who will be happy to discuss any purchase with you. You can call on +44 (0)20 7688 8446 or e mail info@tagfinearts.com.

You are also more than welcome to drop in to the space to view artworks and purchase in person. We are open Monday to Friday 10am until 6pm and evenings and weekends by appointment.

What credit/debit cards can I use?

You can pay using:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro/Switch

Payment is also possible by cheque and bank transfer, all details will be on your invoice which also serves for proof of provenance and insurance purposes.

Are my credit/debit card details secure?

TAG Fine Arts do not store your credit card details. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) industry standard, the highest level of security available today for web-secured applications.

Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship to and how long does it take?

We ship artwork worldwide. Please allow 10 working days for us to process and ship your order. We will e mail confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do you ship the artwork?

For UK deliveries of unframed prints we use FedEx UK on a next day service, which delivers Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. This service requires a signature on receipt.

For overseas deliveries of unframed prints we use FedEx Express which is a next day service to the USA, Canada and Europe. Please allow longer for deliveries to other countries, which we will update you on with your shipping confirmation e mail. This service requires a signature on receipt.

For framed works, paintings on canvas and sculpture we will need to get you a quote for shipping costs, and delivery times may differ. We can usually arrange for a delivery to be made on a specific day, and Saturday deliveries can be organised for a small extra charge. Please contact the gallery if you have any further queries relating to delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the UK is £15 for one unframed print; additional prints will incur an extra £2.50 charge. Please see the table below for a guide to shipping prices for unframed prints worldwide.

Can I ship to an alternative address to my billing address?

Yes. When ordering online you will be presented with this option or if ordering over the phone please provide both addresses to the member of staff you are speaking with.

Can I collect?

Absolutely. Collection from the space is free. Evening and weekend appointments are available outside of our usual opening times. Please contact the gallery to arrange a suitable time.

Framing

If you would like to get your artwork framed please contact the gallery, or if you are ordering online this option will appear and you will be contacted by a member of staff to discuss options.

We use a number of different framers across London. All frames are bespoke made, conservation standard frames that will preserve the quality of your print. Although there is some UV protection in the glass we would recommend that you never hang your artwork in direct sunlight.

Pricing and VAT

The price of an edition often increases as it sells out. This is traditional within the art industry and means that it is often a good idea to get in there as early as possible! All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Returns

Returns policy

If you are unsatisfied with your artwork on receipt of your order, you can return your artwork within 14 days of possession in exchange for a refund of the artwork price. The customer is responsible for the return of the artwork and it must reach us in perfect condition to obtain your refund.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the collection of the damaged goods and will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Privacy

TAG Fine Arts will never pass your personal details on to any third party. If you join the TAG Fine Arts mailing list we will only send you our newsletter with information on new releases, exhibitions and events.
