Described as ‘your favourite leisure time artist,’ Adam Bridgland investigates the notion that holiday-making is just another ordinary activity, and the holiday itself a fantasy that rarely lives up to our expectations. Rejoicing in the mundane, he turns to colouring books, travel guides and scout camp paraphernalia for his visual and emotional inspiration.
